AH Pre-Hung Timber Door – 2040mm

Create a welcoming entrance with the AH timber door, featuring fine-grained veneer and an engineered solid timber core. Available in five widths from 820mm to 1200mm, this 2040mm-high pre-hung package brings the door, frame and hinges together to simplify preparation for installation.

• Door, framework, hardwood sill and stainless steel hinges included.
• Mullions included where required for the selected sidelight configuration.

Tell us your preferred glass for any glazed panels when requesting your quote:

Door sizes are listed as width × height × thickness. Overall frame sizes below apply to the door-and-frame configuration without sidelights or a highlight (transom).

• 820 × 2040 × 40mm door: overall frame 887 × 2100mm.
• 870 × 2040 × 40mm door: overall frame 937 × 2100mm.
• 920 × 2040 × 40mm door: overall frame 987 × 2100mm.
• 1000 × 2040 × 40mm door: overall frame 1067 × 2100mm.
• 1200 × 2040 × 40mm door: overall frame 1267 × 2100mm.

Sidelights and louvres are made to suit your opening size. Listed sidelight prices cover widths from 100mm to 600mm; wider sidelights require a separate quote.

Handles and locks are not included. Purchase a lock from our collection and we can prepare the lock cut-out for $120. Staining and painting can also be quoted.

Delivery or Pickup

Pickup from our warehouse is available. Delivery for this pre-hung package is not available to book online. Contact us for a delivery quote across Brisbane Northside & Southside, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern NSW. Australia-wide delivery is also available on request.

Ordering

For pre-hung doors, we prefer to provide a written quote before you proceed, rather than have you check out online. This lets us confirm the sizes, configuration and options for your build.

Please send us a hand-drawn sketch and your overall build dimensions (width and height), showing the door, any sidelights or louvres and any highlight (transom) above the door. Include your preferred glass for glazed panels and extras, such as a security screen door or louvre security grilles.

A 50% deposit is required to start the build once your quote is accepted. Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation.
