Chevron Pre-Hung Solid Meranti Timber Door

Bring a distinctive chevron design and the warm grain of solid Meranti timber to your entrance. Available in 2040mm and 2340mm heights with five widths, this pre-hung package combines the door, frame and hinges to simplify preparation for installation.

• Solid timber construction, suitable for interior and exterior use.
• Door, framework, hardwood sill and stainless steel hinges included.
• Mullions included where required for the selected sidelight configuration.
• Staining, painting and lock or handle cut-outs available as optional extras.
• Listed prices include GST. Handles and locks are not included.

The existing package specification includes 6.38mm laminated translucent glass. Tell us your preferred glass when requesting a written quote so we can confirm the glazing specification and total pricing for your selected configuration.

Available Door Sizes

• 2040mm height: 820, 920, 1000, 1100 and 1200mm widths.
• 2340mm height: 820, 920, 1000, 1100 and 1200mm widths.

Overall frame dimensions, including any sidelights, louvres or highlight, will be confirmed in your written quote. Please provide your overall opening width and height before ordering.

Sidelights and louvres are made to suit your opening size. Listed glass sidelight prices cover widths from 100mm to 600mm; wider sidelights require a separate quote. Matching decorative sidelights are an upgrade, with pricing confirmed in your written quote.

Send us a hand-drawn sketch showing your preferred door, sidelights, louvres and any highlight (transom), along with your overall build dimensions (width and height), and we'll prepare a detailed written quote tailored to your build. Handles and locks are not included. Purchase a lock from our collection and we can prepare the lock cut-out for $120. Staining and painting can also be quoted.

Delivery or Pickup

Pickup from our warehouse is available. Delivery for this pre-hung package is not available to book online. Contact us for a delivery quote across Brisbane Northside & Southside, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern NSW. Australia-wide delivery is also available on request.

Ordering

For pre-hung doors, we prefer to provide a written quote before you proceed, rather than have you check out online. This lets us confirm the sizes, configuration and options for your build.

Please send us a hand-drawn sketch and your overall build dimensions (width and height), showing the door, any sidelights or louvres and any highlight (transom) above the door. Include your preferred glass and extras, such as matching sidelights, a security screen door or louvre security grilles.

A 50% deposit is required to start the build once your quote is accepted. Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation.
