FS-Batten Plus Style Pre-Hung Door Options – 2040/2340mm

Create an entrance around the FS-Batten Plus Style door, supplied pre-hung with its frame and hinges. Choose from 2040mm or 2340mm door heights, with sidelight and louvred sidelight configurations to suit your opening.

• FS-Batten Plus Style door with pre-hung frame options.
• Door, framework, hardwood sill and stainless steel butt hinges included.
• Mullions included where required for the selected sidelight configuration.
• Staining, painting and lock or handle cut-outs available as optional extras, with finish suitability confirmed in your quote.
• Listed prices include GST. Handles and locks are not included.

Available Door Sizes

Door sizes are listed as width × height, not overall frame dimensions.

• 2040mm-high doors: 820, 920, 1000, 1100 and 1200mm wide.
• 2340mm-high doors: 820, 920, 1000, 1100 and 1200mm wide.

Extra-wide & extra-tall custom orders: FS-Batten Plus Style doors are available in custom sizes up to 2700mm high × 1500mm wide. These sizes are available by quote rather than through the standard size options. Send us your required door size and overall opening dimensions for a written quote.

Overall frame dimensions will be confirmed in your written quote, including any sidelights, louvres or highlight (transom).

Sidelights and louvres are made to suit your opening size. Listed sidelight prices cover glass panels from 100mm to 600mm wide; wider sidelights require a separate quote.

Glass Options for Sidelights & Highlights

For any glazed sidelights or highlight (transom), request your preferred glass in your quote:

We will confirm the glazing specification, suitability and pricing for your selected configuration.

Optional Extras

Security screen doors and security grilles for louvres are available as optional extras:

Handles and locks are not included. Purchase a lock from our collection and we can prepare the lock cut-out for $120. Staining and painting can also be quoted.

Delivery or Pickup

Pickup from our warehouse is available. Delivery for this pre-hung package is not available to book online. Contact us for a delivery quote across Brisbane Northside & Southside, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern NSW. Australia-wide delivery is also available on request.

Ordering

For pre-hung doors, we prefer to provide a written quote before you proceed, rather than have you check out online. This lets us confirm the sizes, configuration and options for your build.

Please send us a hand-drawn sketch and your overall build dimensions (width and height), showing the door, any sidelights or louvres and any highlight (transom) above the door. Include your preferred glass for glazed panels and extras, such as a security screen door or louvre security grilles.

A 50% deposit is required to start the build once your quote is accepted. Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation.
