Bring the warm grain of solid Meranti timber to your entrance with the H7 pre-hung door. Available in 2040mm and 2340mm heights, this package combines the door, frame and hinges to simplify preparation for installation, with glass and sidelight options to suit your opening.

The listed specification includes 6.38mm laminated translucent glass or clear glass options. Tell us your preferred glass when requesting a written quote so we can confirm the glazing specification and total pricing for your selected configuration.

Available Door & Frame Sizes

Current selectable door sizes are listed as width × height × thickness:

• 2040mm height: 1000, 1100 and 1200mm widths, all 40mm thick.
• 2340mm height: 820, 920, 1000, 1100 and 1200mm widths, all 40mm thick.

For door-and-frame packages without sidelights or a highlight, the existing frame specifications include:

• 1000 × 2040mm door: overall frame 1067 × 2100mm.
• 1200 × 2040mm door: overall frame 1267 × 2100mm.
• 2340mm-high doors: overall frame height 2400mm.

Overall frame widths for other sizes, and dimensions including sidelights, louvres or a highlight, will be confirmed in your written quote. For smaller 2040mm door widths previously mentioned in this listing, please contact us to confirm availability and pricing, as they are not current selectable variants.

Sidelights and louvres are made to suit your opening size. Listed sidelight prices cover widths from 100mm to 600mm; wider sidelights require a separate quote.

Handles and locks are not included. Purchase a lock from our collection and we can prepare the lock cut-out for $120. Staining and painting can also be quoted.

Delivery or Pickup

Pickup from our warehouse is available. Delivery for this pre-hung package is not available to book online. Contact us for a delivery quote across Brisbane Northside & Southside, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern NSW. Australia-wide delivery is also available on request.

Ordering

For pre-hung doors, we prefer to provide a written quote before you proceed, rather than have you check out online. This lets us confirm the sizes, configuration and options for your build.

Please send us a hand-drawn sketch and your overall build dimensions (width and height), showing the door, any sidelights or louvres and any highlight (transom) above the door. Include your preferred glass and extras, such as a security screen door or louvre security grilles.

A 50% deposit is required to start the build once your quote is accepted. Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation.
