Traditional 4 Panel Pre-Hung Timber Door – 2040mm

Create a classic entrance with the Traditional 4 Panel door, featuring two tall upper timber panels and two shorter lower panels. Available in 820mm, 870mm and 920mm widths, this pre-hung package combines the door, frame and hinges to simplify preparation for installation.

Features & Inclusions

• Traditional four-panel timber design with no glass in the door leaf.
• Engineered, finger-jointed solid timber core construction with fine-grained veneer, suitable for interior and exterior use.
• Door, framework, hardwood sill and stainless steel hinges included.
• Mullions included where required for the selected sidelight configuration.
• Staining, painting and lock or handle cut-outs available as optional extras.

• Clear glass.
• Frosted glass.
• Grey tint glass.
• Fluted glass.
• Cathedral glass.

Glass choices apply to glazed sidelights and highlights, not the four-panel door itself. Tell us your preferred glass when requesting a written quote so we can confirm the glazing specification, suitability and pricing.

Overall frame sizes below apply to the door-and-frame configuration without sidelights or a highlight (transom).

• 820 × 2040mm door: overall frame 887 × 2100mm.
• 870 × 2040mm door: overall frame 937 × 2100mm.
• 920 × 2040mm door: overall frame 987 × 2100mm.

Sidelights and louvres are made to suit your opening size. Listed sidelight prices cover full-glass panels from 100mm to 600mm wide; wider sidelights require a separate quote.

Matching Sidelight Panel Upgrades

Matching sidelight panels are available at extra cost. Add the following for each matching panel:

• 360 × 2040mm: add $280.
• 405 × 2040mm: add $320.
• 520 × 2040mm: add $350.

Specify your preferred panel size and quantity in your sketch so we can confirm the complete configuration and total pricing in your written quote.

Optional Extras

Security screen doors and security grilles for louvres are available as optional extras:

Handles and locks are not included. Purchase a lock from our collection and we can prepare the lock cut-out for $120. Staining and painting can also be quoted.

Delivery or Pickup

Pickup from our warehouse is available. Delivery for this pre-hung package is not available to book online. Contact us for a delivery quote across Brisbane Northside & Southside, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern NSW. Australia-wide delivery is also available on request.

Ordering

For pre-hung doors, we prefer to provide a written quote before you proceed, rather than have you check out online. This lets us confirm the sizes, configuration and options for your build.

Please send us a hand-drawn sketch and your overall build dimensions (width and height), showing the door, any sidelights or louvres and any highlight (transom) above the door. Include your preferred glass and extras, such as matching sidelight panels, a security screen door or louvre security grilles.

A 50% deposit is required to start the build once your quote is accepted. Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation.
