How Installation Works
How Installation Works
1. Tell us about your project: Send your suburb/postcode, preferred door, a few photos and rough measurements. No need to get them exact—we check-measure every installation job.
2. Receive your quote: We’ll confirm your installation area and provide a written quote. When you’re happy to go ahead, a 10% deposit locks in your order.
3. Your site measure: We’ll confirm the measurements and bring samples, stain colours, screen door samples and frame upgrade samples to help you choose.
4. Start your order: After the site measure, the next deposit is due so we can get your order underway.
5. Installation & completion: We’ll arrange a suitable installation date with you. The final 50% is due on completion of the work.
Typical lead time: 4–6 weeks.

Corinthian Manhattan BHAT 10G Internal Door - Supplied & Installed
A Corinthian Manhattan BHAT 10G internal door with stile-and-rail construction and a factory black-primed finish, supplied and professionally installed. Choose your size, Clear or Frosted glass, and Raw or Painted finish. Frosted corresponds to the supplier’s Translucent glazing option.
Inclusions
- Supply of the selected Manhattan door and glass option.
- On-site trimming within manufacturer limits, alignment and hanging.
- Latch and lever hardware cut-outs. Hardware supply and new frames are not included.
- Raw: factory black-primed, without a final painted coating.
- Painted: professional multi-coat paint finish.
Each listed price covers one supplied-and-installed door, including GST.

Ordering
Send us your opening dimensions and installation address so we can confirm suitability and scheduling. Typical lead time is 7–21 days from order confirmation, and may vary depending on quantity. Installation timing is confirmed separately.
