How Installation Works
How Installation Works
1. Tell us about your project: Send your suburb/postcode, preferred door, a few photos and rough measurements. No need to get them exact—we check-measure every installation job.
2. Receive your quote: We’ll confirm your installation area and provide a written quote. When you’re happy to go ahead, a 10% deposit locks in your order.
3. Your site measure: We’ll confirm the measurements and bring samples, stain colours, screen door samples and frame upgrade samples to help you choose.
4. Start your order: After the site measure, the next deposit is due so we can get your order underway.
5. Installation & completion: We’ll arrange a suitable installation date with you. The final 50% is due on completion of the work.

Corinthian Peninsula PPEN 2 Entrance Door - Supplied & Installed
Bring Hamptons, Cape Cod or Australian Coastal character to your entrance with the Corinthian Peninsula PPEN 2. Choose an available size and installation configuration, supplied Raw or Painted.
Key Features
- Solid MDF core with EXP external primed MDF skins, not a solid hardwood slab.
- Hardwood mouldings on the external face, with square-corner routing on both faces and routing only on the internal face.
- 40mm nominal thickness.
- Solid, unglazed panel design.
- New-frame installation packages include architraves.

Dimensions are nominal door-leaf height x width x thickness, not overall frame or opening dimensions. Custom sizes and non-listed specifications are quote-only.

Fixed glass sidelights and louvres are the usual frame configurations. Matching Corinthian Peninsula sidelights are separate, explicitly named choices, not the same as full-height fixed glass. Final opening dimensions, handing, sidelight dimensions and site suitability are confirmed before ordering.
Matching Peninsula Sidelights
The matching options include one or two PPEN SL 2 sidelight panels, priced from the current supply-only listing at the same height as your selected door. Each matching panel’s supply price is added to the standard one- or two-sidelight installation package.
Matching solid-panel sidelights are nominally 400mm wide and do not contain glass. Final overall frame dimensions are confirmed in your written quote.
Glass Selection
This door has a solid-panel design, not a glazed door option. Confirm any standard fixed-glass or louvre sidelight requirements in your written quote.
Finish Options
Raw: as received from the manufacturer, primed for final preparation and painting, with no additional preparation or painting by Just Doors QLD. Priming excludes routing, edges and glazing beads. Product photographs may show professionally finished examples.
Painted: painting in your preferred colour, subject to manufacturer requirements. New-frame packages cover the new door, frame and applicable sidelight configuration. For existing-frame installation, painting covers the new door only, not the existing frame. Confirm architrave and louvre-component finishing scope in your written quote. Staining is not offered for these primed MDF doors.
Hardware and Optional Extras
Choose compatible handles and locks from our store for fitting, or supply suitable hardware yourself. Hardware is separate. Weather seals and Eco frame upgrades are available at extra cost. Crimsafe security screens are also available.
Installation and Care
A weather-protected opening is required. Follow Corinthian’s current care, finishing and installation instructions. Use light-reflective colours where exposed to direct sunlight. The published trimming allowance is 5mm from the top, bottom and each stile; confirm suitability before trimming. Door leaves up to 2040 x 920mm require at least three hinges; larger leaves require four.
