How Installation Works
How Installation Works
1. Tell us about your project: Send your suburb/postcode, preferred door, a few photos and rough measurements. No need to get them exact—we check-measure every installation job.
2. Receive your quote: We’ll confirm your installation area and provide a written quote. When you’re happy to go ahead, a 10% deposit locks in your order.
3. Your site measure: We’ll confirm the measurements and bring samples, stain colours, screen door samples and frame upgrade samples to help you choose.
4. Start your order: After the site measure, the next deposit is due so we can get your order underway.
5. Installation & completion: We’ll arrange a suitable installation date with you. The final 50% is due on completion of the work.

Corinthian Sunburst SUN GR Merbau Entrance Door - Supplied & Installed
Make a distinctive entrance with the Corinthian Sunburst SUN GR, combining expressive glazing with the natural colour and texture of Merbau veneer and stile-and-rail joinery construction.

Available Size
2040 x 820 x 40mm, nominal door-leaf height x width x thickness. These are not overall frame or opening dimensions. Special sizes are listed as unavailable for this collection.
Installation Configurations
- Install the new door into a suitable existing frame.
- New door and frame.
- New frame with one or two fixed glass sidelights.
- New frame with one or two louvred sidelights.
Final opening dimensions, handing, sidelight dimensions and site suitability are confirmed before ordering. Confirm the model code and orientation against your opening; the model code is not a substitute for confirming installation handing. Confirm sidelight glass requirements in your written quote.
Finish Options
Raw: as received from the manufacturer, with no additional preparation, staining or painting by Just Doors QLD. Photographs can show professionally finished examples.
Stained: staining of the new door and the new frame and applicable sidelight configuration included in your selected package. Confirm stain selection and finish compatibility with us.
Painted: painting in your preferred colour, subject to the manufacturer’s finishing requirements, of the new door and the new frame and applicable sidelight configuration included in your selected package.
For an existing-frame installation, staining or painting covers the new door only, not the existing frame. Confirm architrave and louvre-component finishing scope in your written quote.
Hardware and Optional Extras
Choose compatible handles and locks from our store for fitting, or supply suitable hardware yourself. Hardware is separate. Weather seals and Eco frame upgrades are available at extra cost. Crimsafe security screens are also available.
Installation and Care
A weather-protected opening is required. Follow Corinthian’s current installation, finishing and care instructions. Finish Merbau with an oil-based paint, stain or sealer to reduce tannin bleeding. Use light-reflective colours on doors exposed to direct sunlight. The listed trimming allowance is 5mm from the top, bottom and each stile; confirm the current specification before trimming.
