1L Vertical Plank Pre-Hung Meranti Timber Door – 2040/2340mm

Bring the warmth of solid Meranti timber to your entrance with the 1L Vertical Plank door. Its vertical plank design and single-lite glazing combine timber character with your choice of glass. Supplied pre-hung with its frame and hinges, this package simplifies preparation for installation and is available in 2040mm and 2340mm heights.

• Solid Meranti timber door with a single-lite vertical plank design, suitable for interior and exterior use.
• Door, framework, hardwood sill and stainless steel butt hinges included.
• Mullions included where required for the selected sidelight configuration.
• Staining, painting and lock or handle cut-outs available as optional extras.
• Listed prices include GST. Handles and locks are not included.

Clear and frosted glass are the current listed selection options. Tell us your preferred glass when requesting a written quote so we can confirm the glazing specification and pricing for your build.

Available Door Sizes

Door sizes are listed as width × height.

• 2040mm-high doors: 920, 1000, 1100 and 1200mm wide.
• 2340mm-high doors: 820, 920, 1000, 1100 and 1200mm wide.

Overall frame dimensions will be confirmed in your written quote, including any sidelights, louvres or highlight (transom).

Sidelights and louvres are made to suit your opening size. Listed sidelight prices cover glass panels from 100mm to 600mm wide; wider sidelights require a separate quote.

Handles and locks are not included. Purchase a lock from our collection and we can prepare the lock cut-out for $120. Staining and painting can also be quoted.

Delivery or Pickup

Pickup from our warehouse is available. Delivery for this pre-hung package is not available to book online. Contact us for a delivery quote across Brisbane Northside & Southside, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern NSW. Australia-wide delivery is also available on request.

Ordering

For pre-hung doors, we prefer to provide a written quote before you proceed, rather than have you check out online. This lets us confirm the sizes, configuration and options for your build.

Please send us a hand-drawn sketch and your overall build dimensions (width and height), showing the door, any sidelights or louvres and any highlight (transom) above the door. Include your preferred glass and extras, such as a security screen door or louvre security grilles.

A 50% deposit is required to start the build once your quote is accepted. Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation.
