Solid Vertical Plank Rail & Stile Pre-Hung Meranti Timber Door – 2040/2340mm

Bring the warmth of solid Meranti timber to your entrance with a vertical plank door in a rail-and-stile design. Its timber character creates a welcoming entrance, with optional glazed sidelights or louvres to complement your build. Supplied pre-hung with its frame and hinges, this package simplifies preparation for installation and is available in 2040mm and 2340mm heights.

• Solid Meranti timber door with a vertical plank rail-and-stile design, suitable for interior and exterior use.
• Door, framework, hardwood sill and stainless steel butt hinges included.
• Mullions included where required for the selected sidelight configuration.
• Made to order, with staining, painting and lock or handle cut-outs available as optional extras.
• Listed prices include GST. Handles and locks are not included.

Door sizes are listed as width × height.

• 2040mm-high doors: 820, 920, 1000, 1100 and 1200mm wide.
• 2340mm-high doors: 820, 920, 1000, 1100 and 1200mm wide.

Overall frame dimensions will be confirmed in your written quote, including any sidelights, louvres or highlight (transom).

Sidelights and louvres are made to suit your opening size. Listed sidelight prices cover glass panels from 100mm to 600mm wide; wider sidelights require a separate quote.

Glass Options for Sidelights & Highlights

The door itself is solid timber. For any glazed sidelights or highlight (transom), request your preferred glass in your quote:

We will confirm the glazing specification, suitability and pricing for your selected configuration.

Optional Extras

Security screen doors and security grilles for louvres are available as optional extras:

Handles and locks are not included. Purchase a lock from our collection and we can prepare the lock cut-out for $120. Staining and painting can also be quoted.

Delivery or Pickup

Pickup from our warehouse is available. Delivery for this pre-hung package is not available to book online. Contact us for a delivery quote across Brisbane Northside & Southside, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern NSW. Australia-wide delivery is also available on request.

Ordering

For pre-hung doors, we prefer to provide a written quote before you proceed, rather than have you check out online. This lets us confirm the sizes, configuration and options for your build.

Please send us a hand-drawn sketch and your overall build dimensions (width and height), showing the door, any sidelights or louvres and any highlight (transom) above the door. Include your preferred glass for glazed panels and extras, such as a security screen door or louvre security grilles.

A 50% deposit is required to start the build once your quote is accepted. Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation.
