6L Pre-Hung Timber Door – 2340mm

Create a welcoming entrance with the tall 6L six-lite timber door, combining fine-grained veneer with your choice of clear, frosted, grey tint, fluted or cathedral glass. Supplied pre-hung with its frame and hinges, this package takes the hard work out of preparing your door for installation and is a practical option for DIY projects.

Door sizes are listed as width × height × thickness. Overall frame sizes below apply to the 2340mm door-and-frame configuration without sidelights or a highlight (transom).

• 820 × 2340 × 40mm door: overall frame 887 × 2400mm.
• 870 × 2340 × 40mm door: overall frame 937 × 2400mm.
• 920 × 2340 × 40mm door: overall frame 987 × 2400mm.
• 1000 × 2340 × 40mm door: overall frame 1067 × 2400mm.
• 1200 × 2340 × 40mm door: overall frame 1267 × 2400mm.

Sidelights and louvres are made to suit your opening size. Listed sidelight prices cover widths from 100mm to 600mm; wider sidelights require a separate quote.

Handles and locks are not included. Purchase a lock from our collection and we can prepare the lock cut-out for $120. Staining and painting can also be quoted.

Delivery or Pickup

Pickup from our warehouse is available. Contact us for a delivery quote across Brisbane Northside & Southside, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba and Northern NSW. Australia-wide delivery is also available on request.

Ordering

For pre-hung doors, we prefer to provide a written quote before you proceed, rather than have you check out online. This lets us confirm the sizes, configuration and options for your build.

Please send us a hand-drawn sketch and your overall build dimensions (width and height), showing your preferred door, any sidelights or louvres, and any highlight (transom) above the door. Include your preferred glass option and any extras, such as a security screen door or louvre security grilles, and we'll prepare a detailed written quote.

A 50% deposit is required to start the build once your quote is accepted. Typical lead time is 3–6 weeks from order confirmation.
