Give your entrance a clean architectural finish with the geometric routed design of the Corinthian EXPDECO 4S. This solid-construction entrance door has EXP external primed skins for painting and is offered with installation across Brisbane Southside, Gold Coast and Toowoomba.

Key Features

• EXP external primed skins for painting.
• Square-bottom routing on both faces, approximately 4mm wide and 3mm deep.
• Available in 2040mm and 2340mm heights, with 820mm, 870mm and 920mm widths; 40mm thick.
• Choose fitting into a suitable existing frame or a new-frame package with optional fixed or louvred sidelights.
• New-frame packages include architraves.

Sizes are door-leaf height x width x thickness, not overall opening dimensions. Final opening dimensions and site suitability are confirmed before ordering.

Installation Configurations

• Install into a suitable existing frame.
• New door and frame.
• New frame with one or two fixed glass sidelights.
• New frame with one or two louvred sidelights.

Finish Options

Raw: as received from the manufacturer, without additional preparation or painting by Just Doors QLD. Primed skins, where supplied, exclude routing and door edges. Final preparation and finishing are required.

Painted: painting in your preferred colour, subject to the manufacturer’s finishing requirements. With an existing-frame installation, painting covers the new door only, not the existing frame. New-frame package painting covers the new door, frame and applicable sidelight configuration. Confirm architrave and louvre-component finishing scope in your written quote.

Hardware and Optional Extras

Choose compatible handles and locks from our store for fitting, or supply suitable hardware yourself. Hardware is separate. Weather seals and Eco frame upgrades are available at extra cost. Crimsafe security screens are also available.

Installation and Care

A weather-protected opening is required. Follow Corinthian’s current installation, finishing and care instructions, including light-reflective colours for doors exposed to direct sunlight. Confirm any trimming or custom-size requirements before ordering.
