Supplier confirmation usually takes 1–2 business days, so please allow this time for us to receive their response. Weekly order cycle: We submit orders each week. The manufacturer packs them the following week, and the pallet arrives at our warehouse the week after.

Inspected before collection or delivery: We visually inspect every door, then contact you to arrange local delivery or confirm pickup. Please wait for confirmation before travelling to collect.
