A flat-faced EXP external primed door with solid MDF core, offered in the supplier-listed BAL 12.5 combinations. Its understated flush design suits contemporary and traditional homes and is supplied as a door leaf only.

Construction and finish

• Queensland-priced construction options: Solid MDF - External Primed Skins (EXP).
• Core type, size and BAL availability are specific to each variant; not every core is available in every size.
• Primed skins require final preparation, sealing and painting. Door edges are not primed.
• No glazing. Supplied for final finishing, not factory painted or stained.
• Door leaf only. Frame, hinges, handles, locks and installation are not included.

The listed fixed-size Queensland combinations span 2040, 2340mm heights and 35, 40mm thicknesses. Select the exact size and construction shown in the options. All sizes are nominal.

BAL and custom options

BAL 12.5 must be specified at time of order. Custom sizes, other BAL requirements and framing configurations are quote-led. Send us your dimensions and required specification for a written quote. Prices and lead times for special sizes are confirmed with the quote.

Finishing and installation

Entrance doors must be installed in weather-protected openings. Follow Corinthian's current installation, finishing and care instructions and use light-reflective colours where exposed to direct sunlight. For Honeycomb cores use flat, satin or semi-gloss paint. Blokdoor uses a laminated timber core and is not recommended where a high-quality paint finish is required; follow the supplier's hinging requirements. Confirm trimming allowances for the selected core and BAL specification before cutting. Doors up to 2040 x 920mm require at least three hinges; larger doors require four.
