How Installation Works
How Installation Works
1. Tell us about your project: Send your suburb/postcode, preferred door, a few photos and rough measurements. No need to get them exact—we check-measure every installation job.
2. Receive your quote: We’ll confirm your installation area and provide a written quote. When you’re happy to go ahead, a 10% deposit locks in your order.
3. Your site measure: We’ll confirm the measurements and bring samples, stain colours, screen door samples and frame upgrade samples to help you choose.
4. Start your order: After the site measure, the next deposit is due so we can get your order underway.
5. Installation & completion: We’ll arrange a suitable installation date with you. The final 50% is due on completion of the work.
Typical lead time: 4–6 weeks.

Package Includes
- Your selected door size and available glazing combination.
- Your selected installation configuration. A new frame and sidelights apply only where included in that configuration.
- Your selected Raw, Stained, Painted finish.
- Supply & installation available across Brisbane Southside, Gold Coast & Toowoomba.
Available sizes and glazing: 2040x820x40 / Anglican. Dimensions are door-leaf dimensions, not overall frame openings. Select the exact listed combination; custom sizes require a written quote.
Handles, locks, hinges, architraves, storm moulds and other hardware or accessories must be confirmed in your written quote.
Frame Options

Existing-frame installation is subject to frame condition and suitability. Opening dimensions, handing, sidelight details and final installation scope are confirmed with your written quote.
A Deluxe Eco Frame upgrade and weather-seal options can be discussed with your quote, subject to configuration and site suitability. Contact us for availability, specifications and separate pricing.
Finishing & Installation
Choose Raw, Stained, Painted in the finish selector. Stained is priced $100 less than the matching Painted option. Confirm your stain or paint colour and the finishing scope for the door, frame and sidelights in your written quote. Existing frames are not automatically included in finishing work. Adequate overhead protection is required for timber entrance doors.

Lead Times
Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to installation. Custom sizes and installation scheduling are confirmed with your written quote. Contact us before ordering if you have a tight deadline.
