Once you place your order online, an email is automatically sent to our supplier to confirm the current lead time. Supplier confirmation usually takes 1–2 business days, so please allow this time for us to receive their response. If the confirmed lead time falls outside our standard timeframe, we’ll contact you before proceeding. You can then choose to accept the revised timeframe, change your order, or cancel for a full refund.

• Fast lead times: 7–21 days from order confirmation, subject to stock availability and the weekly order cut-off. If your order is delayed or the estimated lead time changes, we’ll contact you with an update and a revised timeframe.
• Weekly order cycle: We submit orders each week. The manufacturer packs them the following week, and the pallet arrives at our warehouse the week after.
• Better value: We buy in bulk to keep purchasing and freight costs down and pass the savings on through competitive pricing.
• Careful transport: Doors are large, heavy items. Consolidated pallet shipments reduce individual handling and help protect them in transit.
• Inspected before collection or delivery: We visually inspect every door, then contact you to arrange local delivery or confirm pickup. Please wait for confirmation before travelling to collect.

We offer pickup from our warehouse or delivery across Brisbane Northside & Southside, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and Northern NSW — delivery price is calculated at checkout. Australia-wide delivery is also available on request — contact us for a quote.
